Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Technician with a strong background in residential custom integration. This role requires technical excellence, independent execution, and clear communication with the project team.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute installations from start to completion.
- Install, configure, and calibrate advanced audio, video, lighting, shading, control, and home theater systems.
- Program and deploy control systems including Crestron Home, Basalte, Control4, Josh.ai, Lutron, and Vantage.
- Design, install, and configure advanced networking systems, including Ubiquiti UniFi platforms.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across integrated AV, control, and network systems.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, builders, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation.
- Train clients on system functionality and provide internal mentorship to junior technicians.
- Participate in rotating on-call service support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential AV and automation installation experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead other technicians.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with desktop and mobile computing tools, including MS Office.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
Technical Experience
- Control Systems: Crestron Home, Basalte, Control4, Josh.ai, Lutron, Vantage.
- Networking: Ubiquiti UniFi and advanced IP system configuration.
- Audio/Video Integration
- Security and Surveillance

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
